SERVPRO® Team Fosdick, is the premier restoration and reconstruction company in Northeast Ohio. We have expanded our operations to include 13 franchises in the Cleveland, Akron, Mansfield and Toledo areas. Our rapidly growing business has created an opportunity for a dedicated Construction Estimator. As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of construction, repairs, and restoration work required to bring damaged properties back to life. Your attention to detail, strong knowledge of construction processes, and ability to work collaboratively with a dedicated team will be critical to your success.

Responsibilities:

Assess damage and create detailed estimates for construction, restoration, and renovation projects.
Work closely with project managers, contractors, and insurance companies to gather necessary information.
Use estimating software and tools to prepare precise and comprehensive bids for projects.
Review contracts, specifications, and other documentation to ensure accurate estimates.
Stay up to date on local building codes, construction costs, and industry trends.
Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Help with project scheduling and budgeting to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Construction Estimator, preferably in restoration or construction industries.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation techniques.
Experience with estimating software (Xactimate) is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
